Processing & Delivery Times

After you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and verification. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons (holidays, major sales events). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated at every step.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or internationally at this time.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or visit our Track My Order page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

To report a damaged package, please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
